Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed during regular business hours (8:00am – 2:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Parcels are dispatched from our facility within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary due to order volume, product availability, packaging requirements or public holidays.

Any altered, modified or partially refunded orders will be reprocessed as a new order and dispatched in accordance with our standard processing schedule.

All Australian public holidays are considered non-working days.

Orders identified as medium to high risk of fraud will not be dispatched and will instead be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours of being placed. If your order has been cancelled in error, please contact us via email. You may be required to provide supporting documentation to verify the order.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout. We offer Australia Post Standard and Australia Post Express services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, weight and selected shipping method.

Important: All estimated delivery timeframes listed below apply from the date the parcel is lodged with the postal carrier (i.e., when it reaches the postal depot), not from the date the order is placed. Parcels generally reach the postal depot 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Delivery estimates are provided by the postal carrier and are indicative only. They may vary due to seasonal demand, customs processing, weather events or carrier delays. CMP is not liable for delivery delays once an order has been dispatched.

Import Duties, Tariffs & Taxes

Shipments sent outside Australia may be subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Duties, tariffs, taxes or other charges may be imposed by the local government.

United States Customers

CMP will cover any applicable import tariffs or duties imposed on shipments delivered to customers within the United States. United States customers will not be required to pay additional tariffs upon delivery for eligible orders.

All Other International Customers

For all countries other than the United States, CMP is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees or customs clearance charges imposed by the destination country. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

CMP is not liable for customs delays and is not obligated to notify customers if shipments are awaiting customs clearance or payment of duties or taxes.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
