E8X/E9X Rear Upper Control Arm Ball-Joint Conversion Shims

All E8X & E9X Non-M's (with M3 upper camber and/or guide arms)
E82 1M's & E9X M3's

Note: A bearing mounted upper camber arm will not increase NVH.

Note: These same ball joints can be installed at either end of the pressed metal lower Guide/trailing arm (+ x4) to eliminate additional rubber. 

If you're looking to maximise the handling on your BMW, using bearing mounted arms eliminates unwanted bushing flex providing far more consistent camber geometry when cornering and reduce bump steer.

These shims can be used allow the rubber bushing in the Aluminium M3 upper guide arm and upper camber arms to be replaced with ball joints by providing the necessary taper on the shoulder to suit the upright. 

Sold in pairs (2 pieces). A pair of guide & camber arms require 1 pair of shims each.
