We've taken our hugely successful E36 solid subframe raising bushings and made a significant design change to make them cheaper and lighter than ever with all the same performance.
Given many E36 owners are already having to reinforce their rear cradles we've added a little extra fab work by designing a collection of small steel plates that can be welded onto the rear hoops in place of a bushing offering the same function as a solid aluminium bushing although, with less weight, less cost and more clearance.
These bushes make the back end feel tight, rigid and responsive improving the control and feedback to the driver for a superior driving experience whether cruising around town or pushing your limits on track.
The CMP solid subframe bushes are unique in that they raise the subframe relative to the chassis to correct the roll centre geometry from lowering and reinforcing the E36 chassis in order to reduce body roll, increase rear wheel grip while also straightening out the prop shaft and axles on lowered cars.
These bushings produce negligible increase in Noise Vibration or Harshness (NVH) compared to stock rubber as suspension and drive line components remain isolated due to their own respective bushes.
