E46 Front Splitter Panel CAD File

Fits: All E46 Non-M & E46 M3 BMW's

Benefits:

-Replaced the factory low hanging belly pan

-Provides an aesthetic and functional front lip
Note: This panel is designed to mount with CMP E46 M3 or E46 Non-M front splitter mounts.

Options:
-Model - M3 & Non-M have different curve radius to suit bumper shape.
-Outstand - Refers to distance forward of most forward point of body work

Recommendations: 
-Any outstand greater than 10mm will require splitter rods to support the leading edge.

Material (recommendations): 
-Street - 6mm (1/4") HDPE - High Density Poly Ethylene
-Track - 6mm (1/4") Alumalite - Aluminum panel with a corrugated polypropylene core 

Although the front splitter chassis mounts include an A3 template, we offer a 2D CAD file to enable you to have it CNC cut locally with all the significant detail exactly where it should be for a perfect fitting splitter cut from your preferred material.

We have an M3 & Non-M specific model with a range of forward outstands from body work available to suit your desired applications rules/regs. For an aesthetic street car we suggest 0mm outstand as it is ~40mm forward of the bottom of the front bumper.

This item provides a file in DXF format that is emailed to you upon purchase. Please note the detail is designed to suit CMP front splitter mounts only.
